800G-DR4 OSFP based on silicon photonics. 4 channels of 200G-PAM4 electrical data, and optical parallel lanes, 500m maximum reach via single mode fiber, case temperature range of 0℃-70℃, comply with IEE802.3df and OSFP MSA standards, and support CMIS5.x. Products are mainly used in 800G Ethernet, data centers and cloud networks.
